Registering for the Veneto Gravel is not just an event, it's much more.

The Venetogravel event is a bikepacking event regulated by C.S.E.N., the Veneto Regional Committee, under the aegis of CONI.
Anyone over 18 years of age and in possession of a valid medical certificate may participate, even if they are not members of any organization.
You must send the certificate by email to certificato@venetogravel.it within 10 working days of the event date.
Please note: anyone without a valid medical certificate will not be able to participate.
Registration fees are free of charge and are divided into two bands:
– From 20 November 2025 to 15 December 2025, €89.00
– From 16 December 2025 to 31 January 2026, €119.00

For the 10th edition of Veneto Gravel, registration is only possible through the website www.venetogravel.it.
The opening and closing dates and fee changes are mandatory.
Please note: Registration fees are non-refundable, cannot be transferred to another participant, and cannot be held over for another edition for any reason. The event will take place in all weather conditions. In the event of suspension due to warnings, weather alerts, or emergencies from entities not dependent on the organization, registration fees cannot be refunded.
By registering and paying the participation fee, you declare your acceptance of the Regulations, which can be found in the dedicated section, and which you will find to be signed upon registration/delivery before departure.
